Rental of a web-based management platform for active employment policies

Summary

The Calvià City Council is renting a single, integrated cloud-based SaaS management platform for the Institut de Formació i Ocupació de Calvià (IFOC). It must connect public-facing and private administrative areas and support the management, delivery and evaluation of active employment policies, including training, employment guidance and job matching, and entrepreneurship. The contract runs for 36 months, with an option to extend for up to 10 months; implementation, configuration, pilot testing and training are included.
