IT Framework Agreement

Summary

The Medical University of Lusatia – Carl Thiem is procuring standard IT hardware under framework agreements in Lot 1 (workplace equipment) and Lot 3 (telephones). Lot 1 covers entry-level and mobile business notebooks, tower PCs, mini PCs, USB-C monitors and conference monitors, with a maximum of 20,000 devices; Lot 3 covers IP phones and two smartphone models, with a maximum of 1,120 devices. Each agreement has an initial term of 24 months and may be extended twice by 12 months, for a maximum term of 48 months; there is no guaranteed minimum purchase.
