Office support personnel for ESENGRA

Summary

The Spanish Ministry of Defence is procuring office support services for the Naval Station La Graña School of Specialties (ESENGRA) in Ferrol. At least two administrative assistants will provide general administrative support, reception and registration of documents, basic in-person and telephone assistance, internal correspondence, document digitisation and related office tasks. The initial service period runs from 1 December 2026, or contract signature if later, through 31 March 2027, for 916 hours; the contract is not divided into lots. It may be extended through 30 November 2027, up to 2,448 additional hours and a maximum extension value of €41,811.84 excluding VAT.
