Grant of exclusive use of a hut on municipal land

The Municipality of Lezo is granting the exclusive use of a municipal hut on a plot in the Herriondo valley, near the Peliar and Bordaberri farmsteads, for storage of equipment used at hunting posts. The concession runs for 25 years; the existing building must be demolished and rebuilt on the same site, preserving its current volume, within two years. The minimum annual fee is €90 excluding VAT.
