Supply of Atlassian Cloud licences and associated migration, support and maintenance services

Summary

INECO is procuring Atlassian Cloud software licences and related plugin updates, migration, technical support and maintenance under a single contract with no lots. The annual Cloud licences include Jira Premium and Confluence Premium for 500 users each, Service Collection Premium for 50 users, Atlassian Guard Standard for 500 users, and Requirements & Test Management for Jira, Projectrak Standard and ScriptRunner for Jira. The contract also includes temporary Data Center licences for approximately six months during migration and the migration of existing projects, users and workflows to the Cloud environment. The contract lasts 12 months and has a maximum budget of €240,000 excluding VAT.
