75-year surface rights over three municipal plots for affordable protected housing

Summary

Calvià Town Council is granting surface rights over three municipal plots for 75 years so that protected housing can be designed, built, maintained, managed and rented at affordable rates. The procurement is divided into three lots, one for each plot: in Peguera and Magaluf, including a plot currently designated for public facilities. The buildings, with associated parking and common areas, will revert to the Council when the rights expire.
