Property maintenance works for the Municipality of Kontiolahti

Summary

The tender concerns property maintenance at eight sites for the Municipality of Kontiolahti, including daycare centres, schools, service apartments and a sports hall. The work covers routine maintenance of the properties and grounds, repairs and seasonal tasks specified in the tender documents and maintenance instructions. Mechanical snow removal is also included for the Lehmo service apartments A–F. Work is generally performed on weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00. The provider must operate a 24/7 on-call service and reach a site within 30 minutes of receiving an alert. Evaluation weights are price 70%, staff competence 20% and response time 10%.
