Waterproofing the roof of the Oliva de la Frontera sports pavilion

Summary

Oliva de la Frontera City Council is procuring repair and waterproofing works for approximately 2,000 m² of the existing sheet-metal roof of the municipal sports pavilion at 85 Encinasola Street. The works include preparing the roof, treating fixings, joints and junctions, and applying a compatible reinforced system using 300 g/m² glass fibre, polyester resin, liquid membrane and protective finishing, together with drainage details, testing and final documentation. General replacement of the roof sheeting, structural alterations, insulation renewal and interior refurbishment are excluded. The contract has a maximum budget of €66,000 including VAT and is to be completed by 30 December 2026; it is not divided into lots.
