Road safety improvements on the EX-A1 motorway near Coria

Summary

The Junta of Extremadura is procuring works to improve road safety on approximately 1.2 km of the EX-A1 motorway between kilometre points 79+800 and 81+000 near Coria, Cáceres. The single, undivided contract covers structural pavement rehabilitation, including removal and replacement of unsuitable layers and ground improvement, as well as drainage and median works. Traffic is to be maintained in both directions during the 10-month works, which are planned in five phases with temporary diversions.
