Renovation of the ICT Training Centre in Navalafuente

Summary

Navalafuente Municipality is procuring the refurbishment of the ground floor of its municipal building at Calle San Roque 1, converting it into an information and communications technology training centre. The works include reception, two classrooms, management and staff rooms, a small kitchenette, circulation space and accessible and other toilets, together with interior alterations, finishes, flooring, doors, a new classroom window, plumbing, drainage, electrical and telecommunications systems, heating and ventilation. The single, non-divided contract has a four-month execution period and a budget of €108,677.69 excluding VAT; optional scored enhancements cover installation of a telecommunications and data network and alarm-system infrastructure pre-installation.
