Reconstruction works to repair DANA damage at Guadassuar municipal underground car park

Summary

Guadassuar Town Council is procuring works to repair and restore its underground municipal car park at Gran Vía 79, damaged by the flooding of 29 October 2024. The works include demolition and removal, renewal of drainage pumps, finishes, doors and windows, low-voltage electrical systems, fire protection, mechanical ventilation and the lift, together with construction-waste management. The works form one undivided contract, have a maximum duration of two months and a total tender budget of €383,065.20 including VAT.
