Roof replacement and internal fire compartmentation at COGERSA’s biomethanisation facility

Summary

COGERSA is procuring a single, indivisible works contract at its waste treatment centre in La Zoreda, Serín (Gijón), Asturias. The works will replace the deteriorated roof panels and perimeter parapet cladding of the building housing the fire-fighting group in the biomethanisation area, install roof flashings, gutters and downpipes, treat the supporting structure, and divide the building internally into fire compartments. The contract is intended to create storage space for plant accessories; the maximum execution period is three months and the budget is €95,447.75 including VAT.
