Maintenance works on public housing buildings managed by PROCASA

Summary

PROCASA is procuring maintenance works for public housing buildings in Cádiz, divided into six independent lots: facade repair, cleaning and conservation at Enrique El Mellizo 2; local facade repairs and general painting at Avenida Ana de Viya 36; facade repair and painting at Público 10; renovation of the rear facade at Botica 20; roof safety works in blocks in the Guillén Moreno neighbourhood; and replacement of fibre-cement downpipes with interior reinstatement at Regimiento de Infantería 5, 7, 9 and 11. The total estimated value is €441,907.04 excluding VAT. The works are scheduled for two months for Lots 1, 2, 3 and 5, one month for Lot 4, and three months for Lot 6.
