Design and construction supervision for the renovation of IRTA’s experimental research winery at the Falbar building

Summary

IRTA is procuring design and construction-stage professional services for the renovation of its experimental research winery in the Falbar building. The work covers review of the preliminary design, preparation of basic and executive designs, health and safety and quality-control plans, construction and execution supervision, safety coordination, installation commissioning and legalisation, energy certification, and a costed maintenance plan. The services are organised in three stages: one month for Stage 1, three months for Stage 2, and up to 12 months for Stage 3, subject to the actual construction period. Preparation of any necessary modified designs is also included.
