Renovation works for the Vacarisses Entities Hub

Summary

The Municipality of Vacarisses is procuring renovation and adaptation works to convert the ground floor of the former municipal factory into the Vacarisses Entities Hub, a shared cultural and community facility. The works include selective interior demolition, structural consolidation, flexible shared-use spaces including music rehearsal rooms, and comprehensive renewal of the electrical, heating and cooling, ventilation, plumbing and telecommunications systems, with accessibility, sustainability and fire-safety improvements.
