Use of Pavilion A for the 2026 New Year’s Eve celebration

Summary

The Municipality of Calatayud is granting exclusive use of Pavilion A at its fairground for the organisation and operation of a New Year’s Eve party spanning 31 December 2026 and 1 January 2027, from 23:00 to 07:30. The pavilion has approximately 2,200 m² of built space. The authorised operator will provide and manage the event infrastructure, stages and ancillary services, arrange relevant music and staff, and clean the pavilion and common areas afterwards.
