Summary

Laguardia Town Council is procuring the integrated care and management of its community home for older people for four years, from 2027 to 2030. The service covers residential care for up to 14 people, including 24-hour support, accommodation, meals, personal care, laundry and activities, and daytime support for up to four additional users, Monday to Friday. The contract also includes meals and food purchasing, cleaning, maintenance and repairs, gardening, utilities and other day-to-day management; it is not divided into lots. The estimated value is €1,384,217.76 excluding VAT.
