The Zamość Municipal Social Welfare Centre is procuring home-based care, specialist care and specialist care for people with mental health disorders in the Zamość municipality for 2027. The estimated annual volumes are 16,800 weekday care hours and 1,200 hours on holidays and weekends; 250 specialist-care hours; and 1,200 weekday hours and 120 holiday and weekend hours of specialist care for people with mental health disorders. Services include assistance with daily living, household tasks, personal hygiene, doctor-recommended care and social contact. The stated volumes are estimates; services will be ordered according to need and paid for based on hours actually delivered.
