Immigration Advice Service “Info-Migration”

Summary

The Government of Catalonia’s Department of Social Rights and Inclusion is procuring the Info-Migration service, providing migration-related information, advice and case support to migrants, refugees, returnees and professionals who assist them. The five lots cover a telephone service throughout Catalonia and legal advice and guidance in Girona, Lleida, Tarragona and Barcelona; the telephone service also handles social and everyday questions, while the legal service supports and processes immigration cases, particularly for vulnerable people. The planned service capacity is 75 hours per week for each lot except Lleida, which is 37.5 hours per week. The initial contract runs from 2027, with extensions of up to four years.
