Comprehensive maintenance and inspection of thermal installations in Amorebieta-Etxano municipal buildings and facilities

Summary

The Municipality of Amorebieta-Etxano is procuring comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance and statutory inspections of the thermal installations in its municipal buildings and facilities. The scope covers heating, air conditioning, ventilation and air renewal, domestic hot water systems and associated components; the contract is not divided into lots. The initial term is two years, with annual extensions of up to two further years. The annual budget is €100,000 including VAT (€200,000 including VAT for the initial two-year term). The supply cost of boilers, heat pumps, air-handling or chiller units, and indoor and outdoor air-conditioning units is excluded.
