Framework agreement for lift and other building transport equipment maintenance, emergency-call monitoring and passenger release

Summary

F&W Fördern & Wohnen AöR is procuring a framework agreement for the maintenance of passenger and freight lifts and other building transport machinery, including remote emergency-call monitoring and the release of trapped passengers. The services cover up to 140 installations in Hamburg and the surrounding areas, divided into three regional lots, for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 3,000,000 excluding VAT.
