Extension of maintenance and support for the Avaya telecommunications system and SIP trunk

Summary

Rhein-Sieg-Kreis is procuring services for its existing Avaya telecommunications infrastructure in two lots. Lot 1 covers maintenance, technical support and manufacturer support for the central and distributed Avaya Aura hardware and software. Lot 2 covers the provision and operation of a central, geographically redundant IP fixed-line connection at the Siegburg headquarters, carrying all sites’ number ranges, initially for 150 simultaneous voice channels and expandable to 450. The expected term is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with two optional 12-month extensions.
