Cicle de l’Aigua del Ter, S.A. (CATSA) is procuring postal distribution of its subscriber correspondence, including bills, payment reminders, incident notices, communications to large families and other messages. The contract has two lots: ordinary letters and communications weighing under 20 g, estimated at 218,800 items per year, mostly in Girona, Salt and Sarrià de Ter; and locally delivered registered letters with acknowledgment of receipt and two delivery attempts, estimated at 3,000 per year. The initial two-year budget is €200,500 excluding VAT, with two possible annual extensions and an estimated total value of €401,000 excluding VAT.
