Visitor services and environmental interpretation at Casa de la Madera, 2027–2028

Summary

The Fundación del Patrimonio Natural de Castilla y León is procuring operation of the Casa de la Madera visitor centre in Comunero de Revenga, Burgos, for 2027–2028. The service covers visitor information and nature interpretation, guided visits and environmental education, visitor reporting and information materials, as well as centre cleaning and basic maintenance and gardening. The annual baseline includes 1,150 public-opening hours, with additional annual allocations of 464 hours for groups and activities, 119 hours for reports and other authorised work, 20 hours for environmental volunteering, 254 hours for maintenance and cleaning, and 44 hours for gardening. The contract runs until 31 December 2028, with an option to extend for up to 12 months.
