Executive management of the L'Hospitalet City Night Run

Summary

The City Council of L'Hospitalet is procuring executive management and organisation of the annual City Night Run for the 2027 and 2028 editions, with an option to extend for up to two further editions. The event includes 5 km and 10 km races and races and activities for children aged 3–14; the previous edition had 6,107 entrants, and the event is to be planned for growth towards 10,000 entrants. The service also covers the event’s circuit and logistics, participant services, communications and promotion, sponsorship, and social and environmental activities. The contract is not divided into lots.
