Visitor services at the Babia and Luna Park House, Palace of Quiñones

The Fundación del Patrimonio Natural de Castilla y León is procuring a single, unloted service to operate and staff the Babia and Luna Park House at the Palace of Quiñones in Riolago. The service covers visitor reception, information and interpretation, guided walks, environmental education and outreach, visitor statistics and reports, and the preparation of information and educational materials. It also includes shop and vending-machine operations, cleaning and routine maintenance, and gardening; the basic public-opening schedule is 1,610 hours in 2027 and 1,585 hours in 2028, with annual allowances of 520 hours for groups, 175 hours for reports and additional work, 12 hours for environmental volunteering, 330 hours for cleaning and 60 hours for gardening.
