Visitor services at the Casa del Parque de Valdeburón, 2027–2028

Summary

The Fundación del Patrimonio Natural de Castilla y León is procuring operation of the Casa del Parque de Valdeburón visitor centre in Lario for 2027–2028, with no lots. The service includes visitor information and guided interpretation, environmental education and activities, visitor reporting and information materials, as well as centre cleaning, routine maintenance and garden care. The basic public-opening schedule provides 1,148 hours in 2027 and 1,151 hours in 2028; additional annual allowances cover group visits (352 hours), reports and other work (40 hours), environmental volunteering (37 hours), cleaning and maintenance (330 hours) and gardening (690 hours).
