The Fundación del Patrimonio Natural de Castilla y León is procuring a single, un-lotted service to operate the Las Médulas Park House in Carucedo during 2027–2028. The work includes visitor reception and information, guided interpretation and environmental education activities, visitor and activity reporting, and cleaning and routine maintenance. The basic public-opening schedule totals 1,148 hours in 2027 and 1,151 hours in 2028; annual additional allocations include 715 hours for reserved groups and activities, 76 hours for reports and other tasks, 19 hours for environmental volunteering, and approximately 330 hours for cleaning and maintenance.
