Visitor services, information and interpretation at the Las Batuecas–Sierra de Francia Park House (2027–2028)

Fundación del Patrimonio Natural de Castilla y León is procuring operation of the Las Batuecas–Sierra de Francia Park House visitor centre in La Alberca, including visitor services and information, guided interpretation, environmental education activities, visitor reporting and materials, and basic maintenance and cleaning. The two-year service through 31 December 2028 includes 1,250 public-opening hours per year, annual allocations of 886 hours for group visits, 357 for additional openings and reports, 60 for environmental volunteering, 350 for sustainable-tourism activities and 230 for maintenance; an extension of up to 12 months is possible.
