Visitor services, information and interpretation at the Hoces del Río Riaza Park House, 2027–2028

Summary

The Fundación del Patrimonio Natural de Castilla y León is procuring the operation and visitor services of the Hoces del Río Riaza Park House in Montejo de la Vega de la Serrezuela for 2027–2028, as a single service without lots. The work includes opening and running the centre, visitor information and guided interpretation, environmental education and activities, visitor statistics and reports, and related centre operations. The planned annual workload includes 1,700 basic opening hours, 665 hours for reserved groups and activities, 30 hours for reports and other authorised work, and 24 hours for environmental volunteering; the contract may be extended by up to 12 months.
