Cleaning services for the Valsaín and Cabeza de Hierro Centre and adjoining facilities, 2026–2027

Summary

The National Parks Autonomous Agency is procuring cleaning services for the Valsaín and Cabeza de Hierro Centre’s offices, the amphibian rescue centre and adjoining facilities in Segovia, with occasional cleaning at the Royal Sawmill Workshop once its works are complete. The scope includes 432 hours of routine cleaning, 16 hours of specialist cleaning, one cleaning service at the workshop and 12 sanitary-bin servicing visits. The contract is scheduled to run from 7 November 2026 to 28 February 2027; post-construction cleaning is excluded.
