Planning and delivery of the ConViveFest community event

Summary

The Municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana is procuring the integrated planning, organisation, coordination, production and delivery of ConViveFest, a two-day inclusive community event promoted by its Social Services and Tourism departments. The programme includes cultural and active-recreation activities, workshops, performances and entertainment, large inflatables and other attractions, motor activities, Laser Tag, gaming and children’s areas, a DJ, stage and audiovisual equipment, tents, publicity, security, cleaning, electrical and logistical services, and an emergency and safety plan. The event is scheduled for 28–29 November 2026 at the T8 Fairground in El Tablero; setup is planned for 25–27 November and dismantling for 30 November–1 December. The contract is indivisible and is not divided into lots.
