Visitor services at the Imperial Eagle House in Pedraza, 2027–2028

Summary

The Fundación del Patrimonio Natural de Castilla y León is procuring operation of the Imperial Eagle House visitor centre in Pedraza, Segovia, for 2027–2028, with no lots. The service covers visitor reception, information and guided interpretation, environmental education and activities, visitor reporting and materials, and the centre’s basic maintenance, cleaning and gardening. The annual provision includes 800 public-opening hours, 532 hours for booked groups and activities, 50 hours for reports and other tasks, 60 environmental-volunteering hours, 200 maintenance hours and 500 gardening hours. The two-year tender budget is €101,122.80 including VAT, with an option to extend for up to 12 months.
