Installation, Exhibition and Removal of the Traditional Christmas Nativity Scene at Almería Provincial Council

Summary

The Provincial Council of Almería is procuring the temporary installation, public exhibition, maintenance and complete removal of its traditional Christmas nativity scene in the Patio de Luces at the Provincial Palace. The single, non-lotted exhibition will cover approximately 100 m² and include at least 400 human figures, 200 animal figures, 20 buildings or stalls, 50 props used by figures, 153 light points, 35 motorised mechanisms, 14 water systems and 2 air mechanisms. For the 2026–2027 campaign, the nativity scene will be open from 6 December 2026 to 6 January 2027; the contract may be extended for up to three further annual campaigns. The maximum budget is €9,000 including VAT for each campaign.
