Organisation, technical production and promotion of the Australian Grapes New Year’s Eve event

Summary

Astillero Town Council is procuring the organisation, technical production and promotion of its “Australian Grapes” New Year’s Eve event on 31 December. The annual event service includes 280 kg of grapes for at least 4,100 twelve-grape portions, 5,000 food-safe cups and 3,000 party bags, as well as staging, LED screens, sound and lighting, DJs, a presenter, private security, photography and video production, and confetti effects.
