Service to develop and implement the tax authority’s National Security Scheme compliance plan

Summary

The Barcelona Provincial Tax Management Authority is procuring a single-lot service to develop and implement its plan for compliance with Spain’s National Security Scheme (ENS). The work includes reviewing governance and security policies, defining the system scope and category, carrying out risk and impact analyses, planning and implementing security measures, conducting an independent pre-certification review, supporting the separate certification audit, and delivering continuous-improvement activities. The four-year contract has an estimated 1,920 consultant hours and 2,880 technician hours; the certification audit itself is outside the contract.
