Review and assessment of environmental risk analyses for setting mandatory financial security

Summary

The Basque Government is procuring the review and assessment of environmental risk analyses submitted by operators in the Basque Autonomous Community, to determine the mandatory financial security required under Environmental Liability Act 26/2007. The contract is divided into two lots, each expected to cover about five analyses per year. Work includes detailed document reviews and assessments, justified site visits, review of operators’ responses to remedial requests, and technical support to the administration.
