Summary

The Municipality of Huelva is procuring a cloud-based email and collaboration service for up to 1,600 users, including calendars, contacts, storage, office tools, video meetings and artificial intelligence features. The contract covers three licence profiles and the migration, implementation, support and training needed to move existing Zoho accounts and, where applicable, 42 Google Workspace accounts. The contract runs for three years, with two possible one-year extensions, and is not divided into lots.
