Internet and fixed-line connections

Summary

This tender concerns the provision and operation of Internet and fixed-line connections for Engagement Global gGmbH (EG) under a single framework agreement. The scope covers Internet and telephony services at the Bonn main site and additional locations (Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Leipzig), utilizing existing building connections; FTTH upgrades are not included. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and includes three profiles for Internet/telephony tailored to site size. Each profile defines required bandwidth and telephony channels; an online service portal and service levels are part of the agreement. Pricing must be submitted on a monthly basis per profile with separate one-time installation/porting charges. The aim is to consolidate all contracts into one framework agreement; EVB-IT AGB applies. The price evaluation covers a 48-month period; the tender procedure is price-based.
