Cloud-based information platform creation, design and development services for MAZ

Summary

MAZ is procuring services to create, design, develop and maintain a cloud-based information platform, migrating its existing platform to Azure and consolidating information needed for business decision-making in a unified environment. The work covers analysis, migration and development of data flows, data models, reports, dashboards and indicators in Power BI, as well as data governance, data quality, security and user support. The scope includes handling approximately 690 source tables, 250 ETL processes and 1,050 data warehouse tables, and consolidating or migrating 64 reports, 25 Crono data models and 30 extranet reports; new reports and dashboards will also be developed according to priorities. The procurement is not divided into lots; the initial contract term is one year, with an option to extend it by one year.
