Evaluation and improvement planning for the SICTED programme

Summary

SEGITTUR is procuring a single, unbundled contract for seven months of specialist support to evaluate the design, implementation, governance and usefulness of the SICTED programme. The work includes eight destination case studies, interviews, three discussion groups and a tourism-services survey with at least 100 valid responses. Deliverables include an evaluation report, a prioritised improvement roadmap, a system of 20–30 future indicators and a visualisation prototype using simulated or anonymised data. The estimated contract value is EUR 49,586.78 excluding VAT.
