Supply of uninterruptible power systems for Ineco, with maintenance and support

Summary

Ineco is procuring maintenance and support for the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems installed at its two Madrid offices, together with replacement of the batteries or, if required, the complete units. The tender documents describe 34 existing systems. The contract runs for 60 months: technical support is scheduled from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031, and battery or equipment replacement is planned from 1 June to 31 August 2028. Maintenance includes official manufacturer support, annual preventive maintenance, fault resolution and any required spare parts, installation and commissioning. The procurement is not divided into lots.
