Preventive and statutory maintenance of fire-protection systems in INAEM buildings

Summary

Tragsatec is procuring preventive and legally compliant maintenance of the fire-protection systems in buildings used for INAEM activities. The contract is divided into four lots: buildings of the National Drama Centre; the National Classical Theatre Company and Zarzuela Theatre; the Documentation Centre for Performing Arts and Music and the National Museum of Performing Arts; and buildings of the National Ballet of Spain, the National Dance Company, the Centre for Performing Arts Technology, Magalia Palace and INAEM’s general services. Maintenance is quarterly; the initial term is 12 months for Lots 1, 2 and 4 and 6 months for Lot 3. The total budget is EUR 37,420 excluding VAT.
