Repair of the smoke and heat exhaust ventilation system

Summary

The procurement covers the refurbishment of the smoke and heat exhaust ventilation system at Sporthalle Brandberge in Halle (Saale), divided into two lots. Lot 1 replaces and commissions key system components, including 21 window actuators, the control unit, push-buttons, batteries and sensors, while retaining suitable existing infrastructure; it also includes testing, documentation, staff instruction and four annual maintenance visits with a four-year warranty extension. Lot 2 provides work-at-height support for removing and installing up to four window actuators on the hall roof, approximately 15 metres above ground.
