Corrective maintenance service for buildings, facilities and installations at the freight transport terminals of the Este Logistics Area

Summary

This tender concerns the corrective maintenance service for buildings, facilities and installations at the freight transport terminals in the Este Logistics Area (including Silla, Valencia FSL, Sagunto, Gandía, Albacete, Elche, Murcia and Escombreras). The contractor will perform corrective maintenance (ordinary and urgent) to keep the terminals’ facilities and equipment available and reliable, ensure response and repair times, and provide a complete service with proper documentation, confidentiality and data protection. The contract duration is two years with possible extensions up to three years. The price structure and invoicing are defined in the tender documents.
