Artistic and support services for the Motril Three Kings Parade

Summary

Motril City Council is procuring the artistic and support services needed to organise and deliver its Three Kings Parade and associated Christmas activities. The single contract, which is not divided into lots, covers nine decorated floats and their towing vehicles, performers and music, 6,000 kg of sweets, the Kings’ arrival by boat and visits, and a live Nativity scene. The parade must last at least two hours; the initial term is one year, with up to three one-year extensions, for a maximum of four years.
