Provision of post-casting deburring services for engine components

Summary

Navantia is procuring post-casting deburring services for engine components in eight lots. Lots 1–4 cover deburring, abrasive blasting and protection of camshaft housings (two per lot, for 14- or 18-cylinder engines); Lots 5–6 cover processing, marking and protection of 40 and 50 cylinder heads, while Lots 7–8 cover processing, marking and protection of seven cylinder liners each. The work is performed on cast engine components in accordance with their instructions, with a maximum of 20 days for each lot.
