Third safety review of the Sichar, Alcora and María Cristina dams

Summary

The Júcar River Basin Authority is procuring a 12-month engineering service to carry out the third safety review and general analysis of the Sichar, Sichar diversion, Alcora and María Cristina dams, including the María Cristina closure embankment. The work includes geological and geotechnical investigations of the María Cristina dam and embankment, numerical stress and deformation analysis, and potential-risk classification work for the Sichar diversion dam and the María Cristina embankment. The contract is not divided into lots and has an estimated value of EUR 444,574.43 excluding VAT.
