Design and construction supervision for the comprehensive renovation of the former Les Gavarres police station

Summary

Infraestructures de la Generalitat de Catalunya is procuring services to comprehensively renovate the former Les Gavarres police station and adapt it for use as a regional base for rural agents. The services include basic and detailed design, health and safety studies, a BIM model, environmental-activity and building-permit procedures, energy-efficiency certification and subsequent construction supervision; modified designs may also be commissioned if needed. The planned works cover renovation of 941 m² of basement and refurbishment of 1,280.65 m² of the building’s interior, with an estimated construction cost of EUR 2.9 million. The contract is not divided into lots.
