Organisation and technical delivery of the Vall d’Hebron Race

Summary

Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall Hebron – Institut de Recerca (VHIR) is procuring the organisation and technical delivery of the Vall d’Hebron charity race from 2027 onwards. The service includes end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery, including logistics, technical production, supplier relations, permits, operational communications, and support for promotion and participant recruitment. The contract is not divided into lots and covers an initial estimate of up to 2,000 participants, with additional participants priced up to a maximum of 5,000.
